Early draft game and character sheet released!

The early draft of The Amaranth Oubliette is ready to play! You can create a character, pick a couple abilities, and start crawling your way through the Verdant Necropolis. Make sure to grab the character sheet too.

I'm very curious to hear any gameplay feedback and there is still lots to do. Next steps include:

1. Abilities & classes: Organize abilities into classes or specialties, or at least some structure that guides the player along certain suggested progressions
2. Remaining levels: Add levels 2 through 5 and populate them with lots of cool monsters
3. Events table: The current table is only about 30 events. Ultimately it should be about 75.
4. Narrative: This early draft has some narrative threads (Alastor, the alchemist, the elders that immured him, etc.), but a good narrative really requires everything to be tied together in a more complete way, and then sprinkled throughout the entire work.
5. Art! The scope of this one is TBD as it depends a lot on funding and the success of this early draft. But obviously I'd love to commission some art for this project.
